Access to this website is the exclusive responsibility of users, and implies acceptance and knowledge of the legal warnings, conditions and terms of use contained therein. The website www.projectable.events is solely informative, therefore the articles, products and / or services displayed and, where appropriate, the prices indicated, are merely indicative and its use is exclusive to the media, so at no time should be considered as a commercial offer.

It follows that the website www.projectable.events does not guarantee that the articles, products and / or services displayed on the website, as well as that prices are those in force are available at the time of consultation of the website. Projectable Events reserves the right to make, at any time, as many changes and modifications it deems appropriate and believes necessary for the website without prior notice.

– is contrary to the right to honour, personal and family privacy or the very image of people;

– in any way impairs the credit of Projectable Events, its associate members or third parties;

– violates the rules on secrecy of communications;

– constitutes, as the case may be, illicit advertising,

– is false, ambiguous, inaccurate, exaggerated or extemporaneous, in such a way that it induces or can induce to error on its object or on the intentions or purposes of the communicator;

– violates the business secrets of third parties;

– is contrary to the right to honour, personal and family privacy or the very image of people;

– in any way impairs the credit of Projectable Events, its associate members or third parties;

– violates the rules on secrecy of communications;

– constitutes, as the case may be, illicit, misleading or unfair advertising and, in general, constitutes unfair competition;

– incorporates viruses or other physical or electronic elements that may damage or impede the normal functioning of the network, system or computer equipment (hardware and software) of Projectable Events, its associates or third parties or that may damage electronic documents and files stored on such computer equipment;

– causes by its characteristics (such as format, extension, etc.) difficulties in the normal operation of the Service;

In accordance with the foregoing, the User undertakes to use the content made available to Users on the website, understanding by these, without this enumeration being limited, the texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audio-visual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source codes (hereinafter, the “Contents”), in accordance with the law, this Legal Document, other notices, regulations of use and instructions brought to your attention, as well as with morality and generally accepted good customs and public order, and, in particular, undertakes to abstain from:

– reproduce, copy, distribute, make available or in any other way publicly communicate, transform or modify the Contents, unless you have the authorization of the holder of the corresponding rights or it is legally permitted;

– delete, manipulate or in any way alter the copyright and other data identifying the reservation of rights of Projectable Events or its owners, fingerprints or any other technical means established for its recognition. The User undertakes to respect the industrial property rights of the Spanish DMC Association, its associated companies and any other third party. The use or granting of access to the website does not imply the granting of any rights over the trademarks, trade names or any other distinctive signs used in it.

The user will be able to download the web page in his terminal whenever it is for private use, without any commercial aim, reason why he will not be able to exploit, to reproduce, to distribute, to modify, to communicate publicly, to yield, to transform or to use the content of the web with public or commercial aims.

Likewise, the Contents are the intellectual property of the Spanish Association of DMC, and may not be understood to have been transferred to the User, by virtue of the provisions of this Legal Document, any of the exploitation rights or any other rights that exist or may exist over said Contents beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the Website.

Duration of service

Projectable Events does not warrant the availability and continued operation of the Website. Whenever this is reason enough, Projectable Events does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the Website.

Access to the Projectable Events website is for an indefinite period; however, Projectable Events reserves the right to suspend access without prior notice to Users who, in its opinion, do not comply with the rules for the use of its website and to exercise the appropriate legal measures. Furthermore, Projectable Events reserves the right to restrict access to some sections of the website to the general public, limiting it only to specific users or groups of users through the provision of an access password for which they will be responsible.

Exclusion of liability

Projectable Events makes every effort to avoid any error in the contents of the website, but does not guarantee or take responsibility for possible errors in the contents of the website.

Projectable Events excludes any responsibility for damages of any nature eventually derived from:

Legislation and jurisdiction

The relationship between Projectable Events and the USER shall be governed by the Spanish regulations in force and any controversy shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Seville.
